If you are privately insured, you can book an appointment via the Doctolib platform or contact us directly by email or phone. Please note: Travel insurance may not cover diagnostics or treatment of chronic conditions. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for more details.
Not yet a patient with us and have statutory health insurance (public health insurance)?
Our practice can only accept a limited number of new patients.
In urgent cases, please proceed as follows:
Please speak to your family doctor first. In many cases, our experienced colleagues can find a suitable solution. You can make an appointment with us directly by e-mail, telephone or via Doctolib (so-called GP referral case). Please make your GP aware that making an appointment via Doctolib will speed up the process considerably.
Alternatively, your GP can give you a referral with a referral code and ask you to make the appointment yourself. This is possible via the Terminservice der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung.
In less acute cases, please proceed as follows:
You can send us the referral slip from your family doctor’s practice, brief details of the reasons for the desired appointment and any previous findings. We ask for your understanding that we are currently unable to meet all appointment requests.
