Not yet a patient with us and have private insurance?
If you are privately insured, you can book an appointment via the Doctolib platform or contact us directly by email or phone. Please note: Travel insurance may not cover diagnostics or treatment of chronic conditions. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for more details.
Not yet a patient with us and have statutory health insurance (public health insurance)?
At the moment, we can only accept new patients with statutory health insurance if an urgent referral is provided by a general practitioner (GP). We sincerely regret this and kindly ask for your understanding.
If you wish to book an appointment, please proceed as follows:
Please speak with your general practitioner first. In many cases our experienced colleagues will find a solution for your concerns.
If your GP decides that specialist consultation is needed:
They may book an appointment directly with us via email, phone, or the Doctolib platform. Please let your GP know that using Doctolib helps speed up the process.
Alternatively, your GP may give you a referral and ask you to book the appointment yourself. You can do so via the appointment service of the Terminservice der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung.
